ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
This programme introduces participants to basic hydrology, swift water rescue techniques, river crossing highline systems, communications, and rescue boat operations in flowing water, together with basic diving skills. It builds the competencies needed to respond effectively to flood and aquatic disaster scenarios.

Rig and operate river-crossing highline systems for casualty movement
Operate rescue boats safely in flowing water and flood conditions
Conduct aquatic search operations and coordinate multi-team flood rescue response
